Your tool request has been successfully submitted.

The I&C Europe office team will review your request and check the current availability of the requested item.

If the item is available, we will arrange the issue or collection. If a purchase is required, the request will be reviewed and processed according to the purchasing procedure.

We will contact you if any additional information is required or when the request status changes.

You can track the status of your request in Team Hub → Tickets.



Request a Tool

Request a tool, equipment item, workwear or other item required for your work. Submit your request below and the I&C Europe office team will review current availability and, where necessary, include approved items in the next purchasing cycle.

Before submitting your request

  • Please check Available Tools first to confirm whether the required item is already available from the I&C Europe office.
  • If the item is not available, you can still submit a request for it.
  • Requests requiring a purchase are consolidated and processed once per month, on the 30th (or on the last business day where applicable). 
  • Please provide as much information as possible for each requested item: article/item number, exact product name, model, size or specification, and quantity.
