Your tool transfer request has been successfully submitted.

The I&C Europe office team will review your request and verify the tools or equipment currently assigned to you.

If everything is correct, we will create the official Internal Transfer and send the transfer confirmation to the new recipient for electronic signature.

The transfer will be considered completed after the new recipient confirms receipt.

You can track the status of your request in Team Hub → Tickets.




Transfer My Tools

Use this form to request the transfer of tools or equipment currently assigned to you to another I&C Europe employee.

Check My Tools first to see what is currently assigned to you. Please provide the new recipient’s name and list the items you want to transfer.

The I&C Europe office team will process the official transfer in Odoo, and the new recipient will confirm receipt electronically.

Before submitting

  • Check My Tools
  • Enter the recipient’s full name
  • List the tools/equipment and quantity
  • Add serial number or internal reference if available
